Information we process

PlaygroundGame processes account details, prompts, generated files, payment references and service logs to operate the service. Authentication, AI, storage and payment providers process relevant data on our behalf. Replace this template with the actual provider list, legal basis, region and retention rules before launch.

Game privacy and sharing

New games are private. Publishing makes the selected ready version and its cover accessible to visitors. Public games can be remixed into independent private games. Making a game private or deleting it blocks future public requests; previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Retention and your choices

Game code and game covers remain separate from media originals. Deleted game files are queued for cleanup after a one-day grace period. Media trial originals are retained for 3 days; paid originals for 30 days, subject to stated protections. Account and financial data follow the operator's documented legal retention policy.
